 Confidence is a state of being clear-headed either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective. Confidence comes from a Latin word 'fidere' which means "to trust"; therefore, having self-confidence is having trust in one's self.

1. healthy food- kosis kare always healthy food khaye kbhi-kbhi junk food khana bura nhi hai but agar  wo ghar ka bana ho to or v acha hai.

2. feel happier-  always khush rhne ki kosis kare or eyse logo k saath rahe jo dukhi na rhta ho ya aapko always demoralize na krta ho. family me kbhi kbhi eyse log v hote hai jo aapko har baat pr rokte hai aapko koe step confidently lene nhi dete to unki baato ko bs suno or ignore karo khud ko km na smjho.

or khud ko khush krne k liye bohot kaam karo song suno proper sleep lo baaki jis kaam se khusi mile wo kaam karo..
